– **Course Progress:** To be eligible, users should have completed no more than 3% of the course content. Refunds are not available for courses that have been mostly or fully completed.

– **Partially Completed Courses:** Refunds will not be issued for courses where more than 3% of the material has been accessed or completed.
– **Subscription or Membership Fees:** Any ongoing membership or subscription fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
– **Special Discounts or Promotions:** Courses purchased under special discounts, promotions, or sales may not be eligible for refunds.
